Working at Raglan mine

Working on rotation with 'Fly-in/Fly-out' commuting is a lifestyle choice that offers a world of possibilities. 

Our employees — from across Québec, as well as from Ontario and New Brunswick — commute to work by two company-owned Boeing 737 jets.

Employees live at an on-site camp in a housing complex with more than 800 comfortable rooms. They have their own accommodation with internet and cable TV access. Employees' units are cleaned weekly.

Raglan Mine's camp is no ordinary camp: It is operated at a high standard to ensure employees enjoy maximum comfort while away from home. It has all the amenities you could wish for, including a gymnasium (badminton, soccer, volleyball and other sports), fitness rooms and multiple entertainment and relaxation areas (lounges, pool table, music rooms with instruments).

Meals – which are provided by the company – are served in a food court offering a large selection of hot and cold dishes that meet all tastes. Healthy, low-fat options are always available for those who are concerned about their diet.

In addition to the many positions Raglan Mine has to offer at the mine site, we also seek candidates to fill various vacancies in our offices in Laval, Rouyn-Noranda, Québec City and Toronto.
