Raglan Education Fund

We support Nunavimmiut in their efforts to achieve their career goals.

Accordingly to the Raglan Agreement, Raglan Mine awards a minimum of $ 50,000 annually in scholarships to Nunavik students who pursue postsecondary, college or university education. Always highly motivated and committed to succeed, these students are known for the quality of their work and their academic results.

Eligibility conditions

In order to qualify, you must be an Inuit beneficiary within the meaning of the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement. We prioritize mining-related study programs linked with the activities of Raglan Mine.

Vocational Training CEGEP or University
You must have successfully completed all your courses, with a minimum attendance rate of 80% at all classes, and you must stand in the top quartile (25%) of your study program. You must be registered on a full-time basis and maintain an overall minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 70%, B or 3.0.

Scholarship applicants can apply twice each year, by November 30th and by May 1st.
