Underpinned by a commitment to innovation and technology, we are looking to operate for the long-term as we build the mine of the future,  Onaping Depth at Craig Mine, and further invest in our processing facilities via the Process Gas Project, which represents an investment of more than $1 billion into the Ontario economy.

These investments are made possible by the opportunities afforded by advanced technology and the digital era. Once built, our mine projects will be modern, ultra-deep mines that will use innovative technology such as battery electric equipment and mine-wide wireless communication between employees and from underground to surface.

We are also seizing the benefits of innovation and technology to propel our safety performance to the next level. For instance, new autonomous technology ensures that miners can increasingly sit safely and comfortably above ground and work away from the physical risks presented by operating underground in the mine.
