EVR is proud of its extensive history in British Columbia’s Elk Valley and operates four steelmaking coal operations in the region. EVR is one of the world’s largest exporters of steelmaking coal with a focus on social and environmental responsibility.
Elkview
Elkview Operations is one of EVR’s four steelmaking coal operations located in the Elk Valley of British Columbia (approximately three kilometres east of Sparwood, BC).
Fording River
Fording River Operations is one of EVR’s four steelmaking coal operations located in the Elk Valley of British Columbia (approximately 29 kilometres northeast of the community of Elkford, BC).
Greenhills
Greenhills Operations is one of our four steelmaking coal operations located in the Elk Valley of British Columbia (approximately eight kilometres northeast of the community of Elkford, BC).
Line Creek
Line Creek Operations is one of our four steelmaking coal operations located in the Elk Valley of British Columbia (approximately 25 kilometres north of Sparwood, BC).
Neptune Terminals
EVR owns 46% of Neptune Terminals, a bulk shipping terminal in North Vancouver, BC.

Projects
Fording River Extension
An extension project at Fording River Operations is currently in the early design phase, with a goal to maintain the jobs and economic benefits generated by the operation in a socially and environmentally responsible manner. The project is currently undergoing a regulatory assessment process.
